It was nothing like the pictures in the ad. It was dirty and old and smelled bad. If I had my way I would have not checked in, The manager was very rude. The beds are very bad, the rugs were dirty.

Location was perfect for us as we were coming from martha's vineyard and then heading to michigan after our stay at comfort lane.

It just needed to be updated. Bathrooms were clean, but the carpeting needs to be replaced as you could see dust all along the edges and burns, etc. the housekeeping people need to learn how to make a bed. We checked and the sheets appeared to be clean, but the sheets were loose and wrinkled and it looked like they had been slept in. I'm sure they hadn't, but it doesn't present a very good picture for $120 a night.

Thr front desk clerk was very rude, couldnt give directions. The bedspreads had cigarette burns in them and the heater was not working properly. It was one of the worse hotels I have stayed at.

The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff is amicable. The location is marvelous, right next to many great local attractions, a shopping mall, and restaurants. Seemed like they had just re-opened, perhaps recently pruchased and had no permits for breakfast.
